رئيس البرلمان العربي: تعزيز المنظومة العربية لحقوق الإنسان إحدى الأولويات الثابتة في أجندة عمل البرلمان العربي

بمناسبة اليوم العربي لحقوق الإنسان الذي يتم الاحتفال به يوم 16 مارس من كل عام وهو اليوم الذي دخل فيه الميثاق العربي لحقوق الإنسان حيز النفاذ، أكد صاحب المعالي السيد عادل بن عبدالرحمن العسومي رئيس البرلمان العربي أن ترسيخ وتعزيز منظومة حقوق الإنسان في الدول العربية تمثل أحد الأولويات الرئيسية التي يعمل عليها البرلمان العربي، انطلاقاً من المبادئ العالمية المستقرة لحقوق الإنسان والتي تلتزم بها الدول العربية بموجب الميثاق العربي لحقوق الإنسان وانضمامها أيضاً إلى الاتفاقيات الدولية والإعلانات العالمية ذات الصلة.

وأضاف رئيس البرلمان العربي أن الاحتفال باليوم العربي لحقوق الإنسان هذا العام يأتي في وقت تواجه فيه الدول العربية حملة ممنهجة للتدخل في شئونها الداخلية وفرض الوصاية الخارجية عليها تحت دعاوي حماية حقوق الإنسان، منوهاً إلى أن البرلمان العربي سيخصص جلسته القادمة بشكل كامل لمناقشة هذا الموضوع من كافة جوانبه.

وأثنى رئيس البرلمان العربي على تخصيص الاحتفال باليوم العربي لحقوق الإنسان هذا العام تحت شعار “الحق في الصحة”، مضيفاً أن التمتع بأعلى مستوى من الصحة يمكن بلوغه هو أحد الحقوق الأساسية لكل إنسان بشكل عام، ولكنه يكتسب أهمية استثنائية في الوقت الحالي حيث ما تزال جائحة كورونا تلقي بتحديات غير مسبوقة على الدول العربية ودول العالم أجمع.

وفي هذا السياق، أشاد رئيس البرلمان العربي بالجهود المقدرة التي تبذلها الدول العربية من أجل مواجهة جائحة كورونا، سواء على مستوى الدول فرادى أو في إطار جامعة الدول العربية، معرباً عن خالص تقديره واحترامه لجميع العاملين في القطاع الطبي في الدول العربية، والذين يأتون في الصفوف الأمامية في مواجهة هذه الأزمة وقدموا العديد من التضحيات حفاظاً على صحة المواطن العربي.

ودعا رئيس البرلمان العربي الدول العربية إلى الاستفادة من الدروس القاسية التي أفرزتها جائحة كورونا لتعزيز العمل العربي المشترك من أجل تطوير خطط مستقبلية مشتركة لتعزيز جاهزية ومناعة النظم الصحية في الدول العربية لمواجهة أية أزمات مستقبلية مشابهة، وإيلاء المزيد من البحث العلمي الموجه لهذا الغرض، فضلاً عن تطوير قدرات الدول العربية في مجال إنتاج الأمصال واللقاحات لتحقيق الاكتفاء الذاتي العربي في هذا المجال الحيوي والهام.

On the occasion of celebrating Arab Human Rights Day:
The President of the Arab Parliament: the Promotion of Arab Human Rights System is one of the constant priorities in the Arab Parlia-ment’s agenda

On the occasion of Arab Human Rights Day which is celebrated an-nually on 16 March commemorating the day on which the Arab Char-ter on Human Rights entered into force, his Honorable Mr. Adel bin AbdulRahman AlAsoomi President of the Arab Parliament (AP) em-phasized that consolidating and strengthening of Arab Human Rights System in the Arab Countries is one of the constant priorities in the agenda of the AP proceeding from the stable universal principles of human rights to which States are committed to under the Arab Charter on Human Rights together with their accession to the relevant Interna-tional Conventions and Universal Declarations.
ALASOOMI noted that the celebration of Arab Human Rights Day this year comes at a time when Arab countries are facing a systematic campaign of interference in their internal affairs and imposing external trusteeship on them under the pretext of human rights protection; de-claring that the AP will entirely allocate its upcoming Plenary Session to discuss this subject in all its aspects.
ALASOOMI praised the commemoration of the Arab Human Rights Day this year under the slogan “the Right to Health”, adding that the enjoyment of the highest attainable standard of health is one of the fundamental rights of every human however it marks an unprecedent-ed importance at present where the Coronavirus pandemic still pose significant challenges on all States of the World among which the Ar-ab States.
In this regard, ALASOOMI valued the estimated efforts deployed by the Arab countries to counter the Coronavirus pandemic whether at the level of each State or within the framework of the League of Arab States; and conveyed his gratitude and appreciation to all who work in the medical sector in the Arab Countries who come in the front rows in facing this crisis and made numerous sacrifices for the benefit of Arab peoples health.
ALASOOMI called on the Arab States to learn from the harsh lessons unleashed by the Coronavirus epidemic to promote the Joint Arab Ac-tion in order to develop joint future plans to ensure the preparedness and resilience of the health systems to cope with any similar future crises, additionally to give further attention to the scientific research to that effect and to develop the capabilities of the Arab countries in the field of producing serums and vaccines to achieve Arab self-sufficiency in this vital and crucial field.

À l’occasion de la Journée arabe des droits de l’homme
Le Président du Parlement Arabe: Le renforcement du système arabe des droits de l’homme est l’une des priorités constantes à l’ordre du jour du Parle-ment Arabe.

À l’occasion de la Journée arabe des droits de l’homme, célébré le 16 mars de chaque année, jour de l’entrée en vigueur de la Charte arabe des droits de l’homme, S.E. Adel Bin AbdulRahman AlAsoomi le Président du Parlement Arabe, a affirmé que la consolidation et le renforcement du système des droits de l’homme dans les pays arabes sont l’une des principales priorités sur lesquelles travaille le Parlement Arabe, sur la base des principes universels bien établis des droits de l’homme auxquels les pays arabes adhèrent en vertu de la Charte arabe des droits de l’homme et de leur adhésion aux conventions internationales et aux déclarations universelles pertinentes.
Le Président du Parlement Arabe a ajouté que la célébration de la Journée arabe des droits de l’homme cette année survient à un moment où les pays arabes font face à une campagne systématique pour s’ingérer dans leurs affaires intérieures et leur imposer une tutelle étrangère sous la prétention de protéger les droits de l’homme, notant que le Parlement Arabe consacrera pleinement sa prochaine ses-sion plénière à débattre de ce sujet sous tous ses aspects.
Le Président du Parlement Arabe a salué la célébration de la Journée arabe des droits de l’homme cette année sous le slogan “Le droit à la santé”, ajoutant que la jouissance du niveau de santé le plus élevé possible est l’un des droits fondamen-taux de chaque être humain en général, mais qu’elle acquiert une importance ex-ceptionnelle à l’heure actuelle alors que la pandémie Corona continue de présenter des défis sans précédent pour les pays arabes et les pays du monde entier.
A cet égard, le Président du Parlement Arabe a acclamé les efforts déployés par les pays arabes afin de faire face à la pandémie de Corona, tant au niveau de chaque pays ou dans le cadre de la Ligue des États arabes, exprimant sa sincère reconnaissance et son respect pour tous les travailleurs du secteur médical dans les pays arabes, qui viennent en ligne de front face à cette crise et ont payé le sa-crifice ultime afin de préserver la santé du citoyen arabe.
Le Président du Parlement Arabe a appelé les pays arabes à tirer parti des dures leçons de la pandémie de Corona pour renforcer l’action arabe conjointe afin de développer des plans futurs communs visant à améliorer la préparation et l’im-munité des systèmes de santé dans les pays arabes pour faire face à des crises fu-tures similaires, et en donnant plus de recherches scientifiques dirigées à cet effet, en plus de développer les capacités des pays arabes dans le domaine de la pro-duction de sérums et de vaccins pour atteindre l’autosuffisance arabe dans ce do-maine vital et important.
